It takes months of training and weeks of classroom courses as well as hours of thermographic scans performed,  multiple field assignments and proctored tests.

Who requires a level III operator?

Most insurance companies require a level III operator to perform their electric service equipment panel surveys. Thermograpros performs service equipment panel scans for hundreds of insurance companies throughout Los Angeles with thousands of panel scans annually.

Additionally, a level III operator is necessary in the commissioning of various types of public works projects. One of which is the testing of a buildings envelope prior to releasing the building to the owner.
